Officer Perry Sable
President & CEO
Officer Sable is an 18-year veteran of the Houston Police Department. Officer Sable is a certified TCLEOSE  instructor, security coordinator, and
State dignitary protection officer. Officer Sable
has a B.A. in anthropology from the University
of Houston.

Mr. Fred Laughlin
National Sales & Training Director
A US Navy veteran, Mr. Laughlin is a certified
NRA firearms instructor, commercial pilot, and
officer in the US Civil Air Patrol. He conducts
factory authorized training classes and product demonstrations for PR Tactical Corporation at
the customer’s venue. He is also responsible
for sales and purchasing.
