Connie Rankin has 35 years of executive, professional experience working
with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, educational institutions, and non-profits. She is the president of an award-winning commercial real estate
firm and a former Vice President and board chair of the Women's Business Enterprise Alliance and Texas Executive Women. Painful Lessons in Her Early Life

Connie transcended her childhood of life-threatening injury, sudden
poverty, a child predator, and seeing her mother abused by an insanely jealous husband through her absolute faith in God and his plan for her life. From the moment her leg was almost severed at the knee, through months of agonizing recovery, and her mother’s poor choices leading to a desperate cycle of poverty and abuse, Connie held on to one fact: God carries us through darkness until
we are strong enough to stand on our own. And, she taught herself at an early age that when you fall down, you need  o get back up!
